$49 New Patient Voucher – Terms & Conditions

This promotional voucher entitles the holder to two chiropractic visits for $49 (valued at $194) at Future Chiropractic. The purpose of this offer is to introduce new members of the community to chiropractic care and provide an opportunity for a comprehensive initial assessment and follow-up visit. The cost covers the first visit and payment is due at that time unless otherwise outlined by our team, the cost of the second visit is then changed to no charge. If you only attend one appointment, you are not entitled to a further discount or partial refund of the total amount.

This voucher is only valid for new practice members and can only be used during the intake process. It is not valid for current or returning patients, nor can it be used for standard adjustment appointments. Treatment will only be provided if it is deemed safe and clinically appropriate by the chiropractor, based on a full history and examination.

Only one voucher can be used per person. The voucher must be physically presented at the first appointment when payment is due. If the voucher is not presented, standard consultation fees will apply. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer.

If a patient does not attend their scheduled initial assessment (a no-show), Future Chiropractic reserves the right to either request full prepayment for the voucher before rebooking, or to void the voucher entirely at the discretion of the business. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment to avoid forfeiting the voucher.

Care at Future Chiropractic is provided only when clinically indicated. There is no guarantee of treatment on the first or second visit. Treatment is based on the chiropractor’s professional assessment of whether care is safe, appropriate, and in the best interest of the patient’s health.

In some cases, the chiropractor may recommend spinal X-rays to assist with diagnosis and care planning. X-rays are only referred when clinically necessary, and referrals are provided at no charge by Future Chiropractic. X-rays are conducted by independent external radiology providers. The cost of X-ray services is determined by the external provider and is separate to Future Chiropractic. Medicare bulk billing will be used where appropriate and when eligibility requirements are met.

This offer is subject to availability and can only be redeemed during Future Chiropractic’s standard business hours. Appointments must be booked in advance and are limited by practitioner capacity.
