What The Journey Looks Like
Initial Consultation
The first 30 minute visit is all about YOU. The Chiropractor will perform a thorough history and examination to assess and determine your current state of spinal health. We are committed to find out the root cause of your problem and to make sure we can help you (if not we will refer you to the right person). We will perform a spinal evaluation, posture assessment and may refer for spinal x-rays or other diagnostic imaging if clinically indicated
Report of Findings
The second 30 minute visit is all about your results including a diagnosis and recommendations based on your goals and our clinical findings. This visit is designed to give you a better understanding of where your health is currently and how we may help correct any underlying issues long term. The chiropractor will discuss the findings and will recommend a tailored care plan. If an adjustment is appropriate for you, your first adjustment will be delivered during this appointment.
Chiropractic adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments here at Future Chiropractic mainly focuses on manual spinal manipulations (if safe to do so), however we tailor our treatment plans according to each individual needs. Chiropractic adjustments help promote the process of change and new healthy habits within your body.
Progress Exams/Re-Analysis
Every 12th visit, all patients will undergo a progress exam to evaluate what has changed and to direct our focus moving forward.
